The fountain of Justice

Fountain of Justice-This is front of the Bacolod City Hall. They called it the Former site of the old City Hall where the formal signing of the Spanish surrender to the local forces by Gen. Aniceto Lacson tool places. The governor of Negros, signed in behalf of the Spanish forces on November 6, 1898. Historical marker commemorating the surrender of Spanish forces in 1898. Of course the many organizations, private, public and labor movements and political sectors.  Fountain was the site of the celebration of the 66th charter Anniversary of Bacolod City. This is a fountain that people of Negrenese and tourist can see it because of a single place and can be walk through. Cars allows can park here at the site where the fountain found.

The fountain located in front of the Limans building where you can eat foods and shop things like t-shirt, shoes, pants and many more. At the left of this place where you can find the Check Inn hotel. Can serve you a good and clean room to stay in and watch over the area of the old Bacolod City Hall and also the fountain of justice. When you look at the right are you will see a UNI City-this is a State of university that have the list of course, tuition fee, and the board exam performance. Centrum Arcade-you can play here at all the times.


One of the famous site in Negros City that can attract people of Negros and the tourist to look at it. Have a knowledge in the history mark of Negros. This is the remarkable written "PLACE OF SURRENDER OF SPANISH FORCES IN NEGROS OCCIDENTAL: ON THIS SPOT WHERE THE HOUSE OF DON JOSE RUIZ DE LUZURRIAGA USED TO STAND, FILIPINO LEADERS LED BY GENERAL ANICETO LACSON AND JUAN ARANETA ACCEPTED THE SURRENDER OF SPANISH FORCES UNDER THE COMMAND OF ISIDRO DE CASTRO, THE POLITICO-MILITARY GOVERNOR OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, AND OTHER OFFICIALS, AFTER BOTH PARTIES SIGNED THE DOCUMENT OF SURRENDER, 6 NOVEMBER 1898. THE SURRENDER MARKED THE END OF SPANISH CONTROL OVER NEGROS OCCIDENTAL." A Historical marker that can be read in the fountain of justice.
